J'ai réservé sur Internet, aucun souci avec ma carte de débit pour poser la caution de 1000€ Le personnel est rapide et efficace à l'intérieur de l'aéroport Néanmoins, le véhicule fournis avait plusieurs chocs/rayures (ce qui me parait normal). Il y avait 2 chocs à l'arrière mais la personne qui a fait l'etat des lieux du véhicule n'a pris en photo que l'un des deux. Et quand je lui ait demandé de reprendre la photo pour bien voir les 2 chocs, il m'a dit que ce n'était pas nécessaire. Car j'allai recevoir un mail dans lequel, j'allais pouvoir cliquer sur la photo et où j'allais voir qu'il y avait bien 2 chocs. Ce qui est faux. La photo sur le mail ne s'agrandit pas. On ne voit qu'un choc J'ai donc pris une photo où l'on voit les 2 chocs en tant que preuve, avant de signer et de quitter les lieux avec le véhicule. Ma location n'étant pas terminée, je n'ai aucun moyen de savoir si cela va être un problème lors de la restitution du véhicule. Est-ce que je vais récupérer ma caution ? Est-ce qu'on va me demander de payer des réparations pour un dégât que je n'ai pas causé ?
